The cafe has moved to a larger premises at 84 Main Street, Mittagong.
The business will become licensed and will extend its trading to be open on Friday and Sunday nights for dinner.
The business will also host more private dinners and events.
Glass Cafe owner Leanne Ferreira said the support the team had received so far was “amazing”.
“I’ve been humbled beyond belief by the support we’ve had,” she said.
“[On the weekend] I had families of 10 and 12 coming in to celebrate the opening.”
Ms Ferreira said there would be a focus on a strong focus on local produce.
“I want to add a complimentary dining out experience in Mittagong,” she said.
“I want to offer modern cuisine with a focus on fresh and local produce.”
The business owner also said there would still be a focus on live music and events, as well as alpaca menu items.

Hard work pays off
Rush Roasting Co won 13 awards at the 2018 Golden Bean Awards held in Port Macquarie recently.
The Southern Highlands small business was awarded one gold, two silver, and nine bronze for our coffee.
The business, which has put in entries to the competition for many years, has been roasting beans for about 20 years.
Rush Roasting Co’s Baedon Terry said he took no chances with this year’s entry.
“It’s been something we’ve been working on for the 12 months,” he said.
“We basically looked at every roast profile and re-engineered it.
“[Part of] the strategy for us was looking at the roast profile, figuring out what we can change, looking at gas levels air flows...”
The Golden Bean Awards is the largest coffee roasters competition and conference in the world.
The competition endeavours to find Australia’s best coffee roasting business with coffees being judged as espresso, milk and filter beverages with medals awarded in 10 award categories.
The conference attracts attendance from over 100 coffee roasting businesses and consists of a number of educational workshops and social functions.
