The 2018 Frank Phillips Invitational will be held at Mt Broughton Golf Club on Saturday, December 8.
It will be a shotgun start at the club from 8.30am.
Open to all golfers, the cost of the day will be $45 for visitors which will include a barbecue lunch before the presentation in the afternoon.
Phillips will be on hand to present the awards at what Mt Broughton life member Tony Cooper said was the seventh Invitational.
Throughout his professional career, Phillips enjoyed plenty of success out on the greens.
He twice won both the Hong Kong Open Championship (1966 and 1973), the Victorian Championship (1964 and 1966), the Tasmanian Open Championship (1962 and 1971) and the Open Championship of Australia (1957 and 1961).

Phillips won the NSW Open five times – in 1956 (closed), 1960, 1962, 1966 and again in 1970.
He has also enjoyed plenty of success over in Asia including wins at the Malaysian Open Championship (1960), Singapore Open Championship (1961 and 1965), the Hong Kong Open Championship (1966 and 1973) as well as the Yomuri Tournament in 1965.
