Cricketing legend and Whacky Wickets coach, Tina Macpherson said the clinic was a success.
“It’s been great,” Tina said.
“Everyone’s been so happy each week and they’ve all improved over the six weeks.”
It might be the end of Whacky Wickets for 2018 but it’s planned for a return in 2019.
“ There certainly is a plan for Whacky Wickets to return,” Tina said.
“We’re looking at a February return at the moment.”
There maybe some potential stars within this Whacky Wickets group.
“There’s a couple of young kids here with great potential and we’d like to push them a bit further, ” Tina said.
“If we can get two kids out of this to continue playing cricket our job is done.”
