Kerry O’Keeffe will be back in the Highlands this month for another night of laughter and his individual brand of entertainment.
Whether you’re a cricketing fan or not, O’Keeffe is sure to have you in stitches with his hilarious sporting anecdotes.
He will be the star attraction at a dinner hosted by the Robertson-Burrawang Cricket Club.
The last time he was in the Highlands was back in 2011 for a similar event.
Club president Aaron de Jager said it was a great night seven years ago and there was plenty of buzz around the coming event on October 27.
“He was very funny and catered to the non-cricketing nerds as well,” he said.
“He had a good time the last time he was down here and said he remembered the night down in Robertson quite fondly.”
De Jager said he looked forward to hearing O’Keeffe’s views on the current Australian cricket team following the ball tampering scandal earlier in the year as well as on “sport in general”.

- There will also be several items up for auction on the night including a signed Sir Garfield Sobers print, signed Eastern Suburbs Roosters Centurions print and a print of Australia's first Indigenous cricket team of 1868, each painted by renowned local artist Dave Thomas, as well as other meat trays raffles and lucky door prizes.
De Jager said funds raised from the night would go towards helping junior and senior teams with registration fees but “it’s more about having a good night out”.
The dinner will be held at the Robertson Bowling Club, starting at 7.30pm.
The cost will be $60 per person or $550 for a table of 10. Bookings can be made through the bowling club on 4885 1306.
