The Science of Tapping looks at the form of psychological accupuncture now being researched at universities all over the world including Australia’s Griffith and Bond Universities.
This self-help stress reduction technique has been used for a variety of challenges including phobias, depression, food cravings, chronic pain and PTSD.
There will be a Q and A after the screening and links to download a free manual will be given to anyone wishing to give it a try themselves.
The screening will be held from 6-7.30pm at the CTC at 58-60 Hoddle Street, Robertson.
Entry is free but it is advised to RSVP to guarantee a seat.
