A police officer will appear in court next month after being charged with low-range drink-driving.

The 40-year-old off-duty senior constable was pulled over for a random breath test in Fitzroy Street, Goulburn at 12.45am Saturday, police said.
A roadside test revealed a positive result but police have declined to reveal the reading.
The officer, who is attached to the Southern Region, was issued a Field Court Attendance Notice for low-range drink-driving.
He will appear in Goulburn Local Court on November 14.
Police said the officer’s status was under review.
