UPDATE: The eastbound lane on Wombeyan Caves road has opened after an earlier truck and trailer tip-over. Traffic in the area is back to normal. EARLIER: A truck and trailer tip-over has closed one eastbound lane on Wombeyan Caves Road near Woodlands. The accident happened at about 12.21pm on Tuesday morning. Emergency services are currently at the scene.
