There has been talk about town of the Southern Highland News relocating for several months. The recent addition of a sold sticker on the current building in Wingecarribee Street, Bowral, was a sign that the move was imminent.
Well that time has finally arrived.
The Southern Highland News team will relocate to new premises at 10 Bundaroo Street, Bowral, and be ready for business as usual at the new location from September 24.
The move marks the end of an era for the Southern Highland News which has operated out of its current location for more than 50 years. However, the team is excited to settle in to the new state-of-the-art, purpose-fitted office in Bundaroo Street, right next door to Father Riley’s Youth off The Street.
The team can assure that apart from the fresh new office the staff, services and news coverage that has become synonomous with the Southern Highland News, Highlands Post and other special publications such as the Southern Highlands Magazine, Country Weddings and the Cancer and Health Directory, will continue.
We look forward to continued strong relations with the Southern Highlands community and providing a strong promotional outlet for businesses.Southern Highland News will continue to be published Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the continued free weekly delivery of Highlands Post.
