This event is part of the Tulip Time Arts program. It features prize-winning portraitures by well known, established and emerging artists in the beautiful gallery. This exhibition is only held every two years, and is made possible by generous local sponsors Tim and Patricia Copes. Opening and prize awards will be held on September 21 from 6.30pmand all are welcome.
2 – Tulip Time Harbison Butterfly Experience. September 22 from 9am to 5pm and September 23 from 9am to 4pm at Corbett Gardens, Wingecarribee Street, Bowral.
What do butterflies have to do with dementia care? Visit the Harbison Butterfly Experience to get up-close with these beautiful winged creatures, and learn more about Harbison's specialised model of dementia care. Entry to the enclosure is free once you pay the Tulip Time Entry Fee. Donations towards the new Harbison dementia centre, currently under construction at Burradoo, are welcome.
3 – Spring tea party. September 22 to November 27 from midday at 16A Bowral Rd Mittagong, Inside Just a Smidge.
An exhibition if eclectic and fun artworks fit for a mad spring tea party. Featuring the whimsical and quirky works of Rachel Moodie, Emma Palmer, Emma Simmons, Libby Moore, Michelle Fogarty, Annette Pringle, Vanessa Encarnacao and Yvette DeLacy of Mountain Clay.
4 – Tulip Time Street Parade September 22 from 2.30pm on Bong Bong Street, Bowral.
The parade is a lively and colourful celebration of the arrival of spring and tulips in the Southern Highlands. It features classic and vintage cars, marching bands, various floats and walking groups.

- 2018 Spring Market Fair: September 21 and 22 at Bowral Uniting Church, corner of Bendooley and Boolwey Streets, Bowral, from 8am to 3pm.
-Moss Vale Community Market September 22 at Moss Vale Showground from 9am to 2pm.
- Berrima Schoolyard Markets September 23 at Berrima Public School, Oxley Street, Berrima, from 9am to 2pm.
