The festival program will be officially launched on Wednesday, September 19 by festival ambassador and local resident celebrity Noelene Brown and will be followed by a free community breakfast from 7 to 9am hosted by Radio 2ST and the Lions Clubs of the Southern Highlands.

The Festival will also see the Governor of New South Wales, His Excellency General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d) and Mrs Linda Hurley visiting on Saturday, September 22.
They will participate in the colourful street parade at 2.30pm and then present awards for the ‘Best Float’ and ‘Best Walking Group’ back in Corbett Gardens at 3.30pm.
The festival program will also incorporate other key events such as:
- Tulip Time Mile Street Running Races - September 22 from 1.30pm along Bong Bong Street, Bowral
- Celebrity Portraits of Noelene Brown at the CWA Tea Rooms
- An Art Trail in the Streets surrounding Corbett Gardens
- Daily entertainment provided by local schools, choirs, dancers, bands and musicians
- Art demonstrations and workshops
