1 – A Taste of Art Making at the Bundanoon Winterfest. Friday, July 13 from 10am to 4pm. Bundanoon RSL. Erith Street, Bundanoon.

Can’t draw a straight line, let alone a stick figure? This workshop is for people with an interest in learning about art making. 

Tracey Miller will guide beginner and intermediate artists through an exploration of various mediums.

Artworks will use mediums such as graphite, charcoal, pastel, collage and acrylic painting

Attendees will need to be an apron along with them.

Cost: $160. Some materials provided.

2 – Music at Ten. Saturday, July 14 at 10am. Soldiers Memorial Hall, Railway Avenue, Bundanoon.

Tony Lee, one of Australia’s most highly awarded pianists will make a welcome return to Bundanoon. 

He will perform a program of works by Scarlatti, Schubert/Liszt and Prokofiev.

 Admission: $10. 

Children under 18 can attend for free.

3 – Jazz in the Highlands. Saturday, July 14 from 2pm to 5pm. Mittagong Hotel, Main Street, Mittagong. 

Enjoy an afternoon of live music in a friendly and casual atmosphere. Mexican food will be available. Entry: $10.

4 – Rejoice Classical Music Club Fundraising Concert. Sunday, July 15 at 2.30pm. St Jude’s Church, Bendooley Street, Bowral.

The Classical Musical Club will raise funds for grants to Highlands’ music students. The program will feature Two Handel anthems; The King Shall Rejoice and Zadok the Priest, Vivaldi’s Concerto for Two Violins and Cello and Beatus Vir. Soprano Imogen Elvis will perform Bach's Sheep May Safely Graze

Soloists in the concerto are Kate Malone and Emily Sinden violins and Cameron Zingel cello.

The Berrima Singers and the Orchestra are conducted by Christine Tilley. 

Admission: Adults $20. Students $10.

5 – To market, to market.

- Bowral Public School Markets, Bendooley Street, from 8am to 1pm on Saturday.

- Bundanoon Makers Market, Soldiers Memorial Hall, Railway Avenue, from 8.30am to 2pm on Sunday.
