The team wa up very early on Sunday morning to travel to Springwood for the NSW Inter Schools event.
Chevalier had wins in the Junior Boys Division, Senior Boys Division as well as being named the champion school.
Back at Chev on Saturday, the rugby, tennis, netball and most of the soccer teams were at home on a windy, cool day.
There were top of the tables clashes against visiting schools in all these sports.
The tennis teams took on St Patricks and the Chev A boys used the home court conditions to their advantage to win five sets to three.
It was a good all round team effort with Matthew Pech the star performer to take this team into the top two in the competition.
The rugby boys fared better than the Wallabies with some really big scores recorded by the 13s, 14s and 16s.
Sam McMahon (13s) and Matt Parkes (14s) were the try scoring stars for their respective sides.
The 15s went close but one conversion by Redlands was the difference in the end as the match finished at 17-15.
The Firsts had a tight contest for the opening half with second paced Redlands before stretching out with some high quality attack in the second half to win 43-19.
In the netball at home the Junior A and Inter A teams both had very close games against Blue Mountains and Barker respectively.
The Junior A girls held their nerve to triumph by three points.
The Inter girls match went the other way with Barker getting the goals at the end of the game to win by four.
Special mention to the teams on the road with the Inter C girls having their first win of the season.
In the girls soccer the Chev Firsts had a great 4-1 victory against St Pauls to go to top spot on the competition table.
The goalscorers with two apiece were Mia Henderson and Georgia Hampshire.
In the boys Firsts it was also one v two on the table and the Chev Boys managed a 2-1 win with goals from Pat King and Jordan Provino.
The 16s had a good win against St Pat’s with goals from Aiden Finlan and Roms Gregoir.
The hockey teams were away on the Central Coast, Redlands and up in the Blue Mountains where it was a wee bit chilly.
The Firsts played Central Coast and again could not be split these days with all recent games ending in draws.
In a 2-2 draw, Chevalier led for most of the match and the goalscorers were Tessa Good and Anna Petersen.
The Seconds had a 1-1 draw with Redlands.
