Reasons for the collapse are not yet known and Safe Work NSW are currently conducting an investigation.
The 40m x 17.5m shed was purchased last year by the Robertson Aquatic Centre committee and had been on site before it was put in place.
The building was supposed to house the 25 metre, four-lane above-ground heated swimming pool and gymnasium.
Funding for the project has included $220,000 raise by the community plus a NSW ClubGrants of $350,000, National Stronger Regional Fund dollar/dollar Grant of $542,000 and a Veolia Mulwaree Trust grant for $32,400.
In January, Robertson and District Swimming Pool Association (RADSPA) Don Ferguson said the centre was expected to be completed by June 30. It is unknown as to whether the shed collapse will impact this date.
Mr Ferguson said he was not in a position to comment at this time.
Safe Work NSW has been contacted for comment.
