Southern Highlands Netball Association will run a come and try day for any children interested in taking part in Net Set Go skills program.
This is a 10-week program open to boys and girls aged from five to 10 years of age.
Children can have fun and learn some skills including throwing, passing and catching, take off and landing, pivoting, change of direction, goal shooting, movement skills, team work and communication.
The Net part is aimed at children five to six years of age and teaches them fundamental motor skills.
Set is aimed at children seven to eight years of age with the focus on refining the motor skills and introducing them to modified netball games.
GO is for children aged nine to 10 years of age. The focus for this section is on developing netball specific skills. The come and try day will be held on May 19 from 9.30am until 10.30am at the Eridge Park netball courts.
