Players and fans were left shocked after the match was abandoned on Saturday due to an injury to the referee.
Hill Top was leading Yerrinbool-Bargo 3-2 before the referee was unable to continue the match.
Highlands Soccer Association (HSA) manager Michael Hamilton confirmed on Monday morning the match would be replayed.
A date for the rematch has yet to be decided.
Bushrangers coach Ben Lynch said both sides were told if no official was available for the match, the home team was to provide one.
But neither team had a referee and with no linesman there was no one to fill in.
Lynch said it was not the way either team wanted to finish the match.
It was a much anticipated top of the table clash and after the weekend Yerrinbool remains at the top of the table, followed by Hill Top.
