The Masters League CrossFit competition is an annual, online contest for CrossFitters over 35, with a different workout released each week and competitors required to submit their judged scores online.
Three divisions are offered according to ability which allows anyone to participate.
In the first week of the competition Benton masters members aged 35 to 58 completed a 12-minute workout comprising rowing, skipping, pullups and dumbbell lifts.
The online competition is the first stage in the lead up to the Masters League Games.
The top six athletes in each division and age category from the Australian and New Zealand regions qualify for Invitationals which is the second stage.
The Invitationals is a one day competition held in June from which the top two athletes from their age group and division will qualify to represent their city or state in the Masters League Games.
