In division one, the Wyld Stallyns were defeated 12-0 by the Red Sox Giants.
It was not the best of days for the Wyld Stallyns as they struggled against a first up home run, and then relentless pitching by former SSBC player Greg Squibb.
A change of pitching and fielding strategy along with some late form with the bat brought four runs, however the game reverted back to even innings.
Richard Tomlin, a regular sight on the mound for the over-35s in summer, pitched for the first time in division one and instantly created chaos for the batters.
Dylan Allan took a good catch in foul territory just after moving into Catcher.
Mason King and Richard McHarg battled the blustering winds to take some good catches in the outfield.
Chris Fox landed the first hit of the game to try and get things started.
Smart running yet again by Dylan Hillyer, who scored himself on extra bases, then stood in for an injured Chris Fox moments later to score another off extra bases from a Mason King two run hit.
The division two team had to forfeit.
