Vanessa Woodhill will perform at the next Soul Time on May 20.
Ms Woodhill has been a recorder player and music educator for many years.
She has performed regularly in the Bowral area over the past 18 years and is currently teaching music at the Steiner School.
Ms Woodhill was previously director of the Goulburn Regional Conservatorium and one of her passions is early childhood music education.
Her musical career started with the oboe and she was a foundation member of the Australian Youth Orchestra which recently celebrated its 60th anniversary.
The May Soul Time will be held in the Henrietta Rose Room in Bowral from 10.20am until 12pm.
It provides an opportunity for people to unite in a tranquil environment and reflect on inspiring themes and the common threads that tie everyone together.
Soul Time features live music, audio-visual pieces and readings from faiths and philosophers, authors, leaders and Indigenous cultures from all over the world.
An initiative of the Wingecarribee Baha'i community, Soul Time is a free event and open to all.
