As part of the IlluminARTe Festival, Wollondilly Arts Group is curating an exhibition and the artisan market in the Wollondilly Shire Hall on Saturday, May 5.
Secretary Janet Dalton said the display would showcase the artistic diversity of the works created by regional and local artists.
“We invite Wollondilly, Macarthur, Wingecarribee and Southern Tablelands Arts region artists to enter works,” she said.
“The entries should incorporate the theme ‘Create; Render; Excite’.
“You could win the exhibition prize of $250 and peoples choice prize of $150.”
Ms Dalton said thousands of people would see the artists’ work.
“More than 20,000 people visited the vibrant IlluminARTe Wollondilly Festival last year,” she said.
“It’s the largest event on Wollondilly’s calendar.”
Exhibition entries close at 5pm on Thursday, April 19. No late entries will be accepted.
Locals can see the entries from Friday, May 4 from 10am to 4pm, Saturday, May 5 from 12pm to 9pm and Sunday, April 6 from 10am to 3pm.
