Flock to society’s massive bird sale

THE Shoalhaven Avicultural Society’s annual bird sale will be held on Saturday, April 21 at the Shoalhaven/Nowra PCYC at  72 Park Road and promises to be a great event.

Bird shows and sales are a rewarding aspect of aviculture and the sale will be society’s 16th.

Many varieties of birds will be up for sale with exhibitors coming from all over NSW.

There will also be many stalls to show what is required to keep happy and healthy birds.

The public will be admitted from 10am to 2pm and admission for adults is $3 and children under the age of 12 years get in free.

The group will be having a monster raffle again this year and members of the Nowra business community supported the society by donating a variety of goods.
