A trivia night of dress ups, great laughs with friends and prizes. The theme is ‘Friday the 13th,’ so dress up in your best horror costumes. This is an 18+ event and will cost $10 per person. All money raised will contribute to enhancing the college’s facilities and programs for students.
3 – Jessica Lee on flute and Claire Howard on piano. Saturday, April 14, 10am. Soldiers Memorial Hall, Railway Avenue, Bundanoon.
Two young musicians of distinction will deliver a piano and flute sonatas from Taktakishvili, Poulenc and Proofiev.
2 – Berrima Smalls presents Five for Jazz. Saturday, April 14, 2pm. Berrima Village Hall,
Swinging jazz that is promised to get you tapping as well as some smooth classics. It will be led by Julian Paviour on trumpet, Richard Gawned on sax, Mark Scotland on bass, and Michael Griffiths on drums. It will cost $25 for adults and $5 for children. No prior bookings are available.
3 – The Celtic Tenors – The Irish Songbook Tour. Sunday, April 15, 12pm to 4pm. The Loch, 581 Greenhills Road, Berrima.
Irish trio The Celtic Tenors will deliver spine tingling classical, folk, Gaelic and pop favourites in stacked three-part harmonies. Tickets can be purchased at www.theloch.net.au/upcoming-events.
4 – SHORCCC April Club Day – Third run of Autumn series. Sunday, April 15. 8am to 4.30pm. Yerrinbool Oval, Government Road, Yerrinbool.
Join the Southern Highlands Off Road Race Car for some electric 1/10th scale buggy and truck fun. Racers range from three years old to 80 years old. There will be family fun with a barbecue and raffle. The club welcomes your enquiries at their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/SHORCCC.
