A man has been charged with a string of traffic offences over a crash in Richmond on Tuesday night.

At about 8.15pm, emergency services were called out to Kurrajong Road following reports that a silver Ford had veered onto the other side of the road and struck a Hyundai.
The 23-year-old female driver of the Hyundai was not injured.
The driver of the Ford, a 43-year-old man, was subjected to a breath test which returned a positive reading.
Further checks by Hawkesbury police officers revealed his licence was disqualified.
He was arrested and taken to Windsor Police Station, where he underwent a breath analysis which returned an alleged reading of 0.030.
The man was charged with special category driving with special range PCA (prescribed concentration of alcohol); being a learner driver not accompanied by a driver; learner driver not displaying L plates as prescribed; using an unregistered motor vehicle on the road; using a vehicle with unauthorised number plates; and driving a motor vehicle during a disqualification period.
He was refused bail to appear before Penrith Local Court on Wednesday, March 28.
