Grand final games were played at Church Road Playing Fields, with teams playing for a top finish.
Moss Vale Summer Soccer coordinator Blake Hampton said months of hard work lead to grand final day.
“It’s the culmination of the whole season, which started in October,” he said.
“It’s sudden death. We had a few games go into extra time.” In the men’s division one competition, Fanta Pantz beat Yeah The Mooys 4-1. In the mens division two competition, Whipp's Balled had a win against Stephens Park Rangers 3-2, while in the men’s division three CFC defeated Better Red than Dead 4-0.
In the men’s division four competition the Bushrangers had a 2-1 win against Reckless.
In the men’s division five competition, Balotellitubbies beat BBT 2-1, in the men’s division six competition, Hogs FC had a 1-0 against the Male Hackers.
Meanwhile in the women’s division one competition, KMP had a 4-1 win against Milk Bar, and in the women’s division two competition the Green Peas beat the Fuzzy Limes 2-1.
In the women’s division three competition, Holy Guacomole had a 1-0 win against the Superstars, while in the women’s division four the Silver Fern Fields beat the Emeralds 1-0.
In the women’s division five, the Spice Girls had a 1-0 win against the B.A.C.S. and The Whatevers had a 4-0 win against KAG in the women’s division six competition.
Hampton said the summer competition was a warm up for the winter competition. “People are keen for the winter competition to kick off,” he said. "It’s essentially the gateway to winter. It’s about social activity [in the summer competition].”
The winter season will start on April 7, and Moss Vale Soccer Club will have a season launch day on March 24.
