NSW current champion Luke Reynolds will mark his 11th consecutive year at Brigadoon. Also competing will be Scott Hall, Jeremy Hogg, and Richard Hozjan.
The event will consist of a set of five stones ranging from 90kg to 165kg in weight.
The stones are laid out five meters apart, lightest to heaviest, with each competitor having to lift all five stones on top of a wooden barrel, four feet in height.
The person to lift all five stones on top of the barrels in the fastest time is declared the champion of the day.
“The field for the stones is going to be tough. I predict another year of all athletes easy lifting the 165, so who will do it clean and quick to take the title? This is a must see event,” said five-times champion Craig Reid.
The event will start from 11am and finish at 2.30pm on Saturday, April 7.
