The three-hour session covered multiple facets of fielding, batting, bowling, player development and match planning.
Run by Cricket NSW ACT/Southern NSW/Illawarra Coaching and Talent Specialist Steve Davies, the session was part of a one-week whistle-stop tour across the Highlands, South Coast, Monaro, Shoalhaven and Far South Coast districts.
Highlands junior coaches Matt Watson (Bowral Blues Cricket Club), Jason Haywood (Wingello Cricket Club), David Kent (Moss Vale Cricket Club) and Steve Edwards (Highlands District Cricket Association junior rep coordinator) participated in the session, along with four U14 junior rep players who were used for various drills.
