More than 30 girls attended the clinic, which was attended by guest coaches Lauren Cheatle and Stef Defarra as well as former Australian women’s coach and NSW female pathway manager Steve Jenkin.
Highlands District Cricket Association junior director Jodi Cooper said she received great feedback from parents about the clinic.
“One parent said ‘the clinic was fantastic, my daughter and all of her friends said how much they enjoyed it and they were so excited to meet Lauren’,” Cooper said.
“There were numerous comments about how the variation was great.
“The interaction, including all of the kids at all times was fantastic.”
Another clinic will be run on Friday, March 9 from 4pm to 6pm at Bradman Oval.
