Three members from Exeter Branch, were part of the group of 12 from Wollondilly Group.
The day focused on life in Poland during its tragic years of war, and the domination by the world powers on either side of its land; the migrations, and resettlement by its refugees in other countries.
There were displays of costumes, dolls, cookbooks and religious artifacts.
The day concluded with a dinner showcasing Polish cuisine.
It was a great opportunity to meet with local Polish residents and nearly 200 CWA members from other parts of the state.
Exeter Branch meets at the Exeter Village Hall on the third Wednesday of the month, at 9.30am.
