Learn how to make a traditional vintage from elderflowers. Harvest the flowers and make a brew. Learn about bottling and tasting in the Barn and kitchen garden. Workshops include all materials, a light lunch in the Barn and a bottle of produce to take home.
2 – The Australian Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons + The Beach Boys. Saturday, February 17, 8pm. Mittagong RSL, Cnr Hume Highway and Bessemer Street, Mittagong.
Dance the night away to hit after hit from two of the greatest groups of the 60’s and 70’s. The first half of the show features the hits of The Beach Boys including Little Surfer, Kokomo and Good Vibrations. The Four Seasons half features all the hits from the Jersey Boys.

Hear a quartet play Vivaldi’s ‘Summer’ on the Pool House Terrace in the open-air theatre and medley of spine-tingling Opera and more modern delights delivered by Devastating Diva and the renowned TenOz. Join Executive Chef Craig Knudsen in a celebration of summer. For platinum guests, your evening continues in the Polo Bar, joining the Devastating Diva and 3 TenOz for an intimate supper and drinks.
