Goulburn MP Pru Goward said the refurbishment of the aged care educational areas was an exciting addition to the range of extensive TAFE NSW training facilities in Moss Vale.
“The NSW Government has invested in significantly upgrading TAFE NSW facilities here in Moss Vale which will attract students from right across the region and beyond,” she said.
“I’m so pleased to see this significant investment come to fruition and that these modern, learning environments are available to students right now.”
The new learning facilities include a simulated aged care ward environment, a rehabilitation training room and a theory room.
“This will mean students have the opportunity to learn in simulated work environments, which will sharpen their skills for real work situations and give them a head start when it comes time to graduate,” Ms Goward said.
