Emergency services responded to reports a Holden Rodeo dual cab ute had rolled and hit a pole on Eridge Park Road around 11.50PM Thursday, February 8.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the driver was initially trapped in the vehicle upon arrival, but was freed by emergency services.
The spokesperson said the driver had “quite serious injuries” with “multiple limb fractures and chest injuries.”
A Toll Rescue helicopter landed in the Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens before transporting the boy to Liverpool Hospital for treatment.
The driver remains in critical condition.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash are continuing.
