In the first game of the day, the Highlands Social Cricket Club (HSCC) Fusiliers 9/127 defeated by the Berrima Rainbows 8/136.
The Rainbows won the toss and elected to bat scoring 8/136 off 25 overs.
Standout performances came from Andrew Robertson (18), Sam Shepard (15), Angus Stephens (16), Dave Debs (19), Kieran Molloy (20 not out) and 13-year-old Angus Webb from Wangaratta (10 not out).
The bowling was tight with Mitch Logan taking 2/4, Irene Fava 1/8 and Joey Brake 1/15.
The Fusiliers run chase began slowly with some excellent bowling from Debs 2/14, Molloy 2/5 and Karl Northall 1/14 along with a brilliant caught behind by Angus Webb.
The target was just too much with the Fusiliers falling short at 9/127.
Shane Burridge (15), Richard Herborn (15), Tim Dibdin (15 not out) and John Lindsay (16 not out).
In the second game of the day, Bradman HSCC Qld Touring X1 3/156 defeated HSCC X1 8/155.
The HSCC X1 won the toss and elected to bat scoring 8/155 off their allocated 24 Overs.
Top scorers were Martin Blencowe (18), Shane Burridge (20), Steve Shepard (17), Hayden Wallace (15), Kieran Molloy (20 not out) and Mitch Logan (18 not out).
Wickets were spread across the bowlers with Dave Talbert 1/6 keeping the runs down.
The run chase by the Bradman/HSCC X1 began well with good performances by Talbert (29 not out), Brian Martin (16), Sam Shepard (20), Angus Fitzsimons (15) and Ryan Haigh (16 not out).
The game became tight after some excellent bowling from Mitch Logan 1/5, Erin Eames 0/4 off 3 overs and Hayden Wallace 0/9 off 3 overs.
The Bradman/HSCC X1 won the game on the last ball of the match.
Highlands Social Cricket Club captain John Lindsay said players relished the opportunity to play cricket at Bradman Oval.
