Six major HSC textile works have been on display after they were returned to the school from marking.
The major works took close to 60 hours and will count for half the students’ HSC mark. Students could choose from several focus areas including, costume, apparel and non apparel.
The works included a Cinderella ballet costume, a beaded heirloom wedding purse and a selection of bags with Moroccan inspiration.
There was also some apparel works on display.
These were an embroidered denim jacket, a teenager’s dress and an outfit made from recycled denim products.
All the works had to be finished by early August.
They were then sent to NESA for marking and have been on display for the past couple of weeks at the school.
