Joel Mevissen, 26, and Rosie Dalton, 27, who now live in Sydney, will marry in November 2018.
Joel is the son of Moira and Andrew Mevissen of Mittagong, and was student at the Rudolf Steiner and Bowral High Schools.
Rosie is the daughter of former Highlands residents Natalie and David Dalton, and was a St Thomas Aquinas and Chevalier College student.
Joel is co-founder of Westmont Pickles and Rosie is a fashion writer and founder of On the Collar.
