SHNA competition coordinator Kate Bow said there was plenty of talent on display at Eridge Park netball courts.
“Everyone is trying really hard and putting their practice into play,” Bow said.
In the netta division, MVD Black was defeated by Bowral Butterflies Netta Purple 1-4.
In the junior division one, MVD Red defeated Mittagong Netball Club 13-7.
MVD White experienced a 31-11 loss to Bowral Butterflies Pink. In a clash with MVD Black, the Bowral Butterflies Blue came out with 22-21 win after a close game.
In the junior division three, Mittagong was defeated by MVD Red 18-0.
Oxley was also defeated, with an overall score of 8-0 to Bowral Butterflies Pink.
Bowral Butterflies Blue soared with a 4-16 win over MVD Black.
In the intermediate division, MVD Grey was defeated by SHCS Inters 14-18.
MVD White had a good game with a 27-16 win over Bowral Butterflies Blue.
Bowral Butterflies Purple had a 31-11 win against Oxley.
In the opens, the MVD Ladies Red took on the SHNA 15s and came out with a win of 38-29. MVD Ladies White carried on the good luck for MVD with a 57-26 victory against MVD Ladies Blue. Bowral Butterflies Black and SHCS Open tied nil-all on the day. In the cadets, MVD Black took on the Bowral Butterfiles Blue with a 27-17 result. Meanwhile the MVD White tied nil-all with SHCS Cadets.
On the netta ladder, Mittagong Netball Club has taken the top spot. This is followed by Bowral Butterflies Netta Purple, Bowral Butterflies Netta Pink and MVD Black.
On the junior one ladder, MVD Black sits at the top of the ladder. MVD Red and Bowral Butterflies Pink round out the top three.
On the junior two ladder, Bowral Butterflies Pink, MVD Grey and Oxley make up the top three spots. Meanwhile on the junior three ladder, Bowral Butterflies Blue, MVD Red and Oxley take out the top spots.
In the intermediate division, MVD Grey, MVD White and Bowral Butterflies Blue were in the top three positions.
In the opens, the MVD White sits in first place on the ladder. This is followed by SHNA 15s and the MVD Red.
In the cadets, MVD Black and Red dominate in first and second place. SHCS comes in at number three on the ladder.
The next round will be played at Eridge Park netball courts on Saturday, August 19. This will be followed by a wet weather round on Saturday, August 25.
