Mark is Known for his comedic performances at the Melbourne comedy festival.
His act entertained the audience with witty dad jokes, anecdotes from growing up in the 70s and 80s and his talent of bursting quite capably into Russian song.
The night coordinated by BDCU Alliance Bank as part of their community partnerships program was a major fundraiser for the Southern Highlands Hawks Junior AFL club.
Club president Steve Fitzgerald was astounded by the support shown by community members and said that “the Hawks isn’t just about kids playing footy but about the club connecting families in the community”.
Those attending generously supported the night by bidding on silent auction items that were kindly donated by individuals, club sponsors and local businesses.
Funds from the night will benefit the club directly allowing more children to participate in AFL in the Southern Highlands.
