The journey will then stop in Sutton Forest at Red Cow Farm, where you can explore the six-acre gardens. Then, sample wines from two award-winning Mittagong boutique wineries.
Finally, the day will end at Milton Park, where you can enjoy high tea with champagne and stroll the grounds.
The cost is $262 per person, and includes canapes, regional sparkling, wine sampling, shared tasting plates and high tea with a glass of French champagne.
This tour departs from Bowral at 8.30am and returns at 4.30pm.
On January 15, you can take part in the Gold Rush Tour, which leaves the Highlands and goes further afield to Murrumbateman, in Canberra’s wine region.
This former gold mining town is home to more than 20 family-run boutique wineries, and you can explore the “best of the bunch”.
A stop will also be made at Gundaroo, a heritage-listed village, where lunch can be enjoyed at a 150-year-old hotel. The village’s previous visitors include Henry Lawson, Banjo Paterson, Hamilton Hume and Ben Hall.
The cost is $288 per person, and includes light refreshments, bottled water, wine sampling, and a two-course luncheon with a glass of regional wine, tea and coffee.
This tour departs from Bowral at 8.00am and returns at 5.00pm.
