This is the question an art project is posing to Highlands residents. The Before I Die community art project has been located outside Bowral library since June.
Prior to that it was outside The Shaggy Cow in Mittagong.
The art project is a giant blackboard where people are encouraged to write what they'd like to do before they die.
The Before I Die art project began in New Orleans and there are now more than 1000 Before I Die walls around the world.
Three local artists- Martin Bretherick, Jessica Raschke and Monica Donoso- were involved in bringing this project to the Highlands.
"It's a cathartic experience for a lot of people," Ms Raschke said.
"You have a chance to reflect on the things that matter to you most in life and it's an opportunity to put it out in a public space."
Mr Bretherick said since the art project was first installed in the Highlands last year, it had been well received.
"The day we installed it at The Shaggy Cow, two ladies came along. They were in reprieve from cancer treatment so it was quite an emotional thing for them," he said.
"I think the actual idea of it to promote conversation in the community has really worked."
From the profound to the bizarre, there have been many answers written on the blackboard.
Ms Raschke said one of the most interesting was one her daughter wrote- that before she dies she wanted to fly on a unicorn.
The project will be taken down from Bowral Library in the next few weeks and moved to the University of Wollongong campus in Moss Vale.
