It was meant to take place on March 31 at the Moss Vale Showground, but has been moved to November 16.
A spokesperson said it has been postponed due to scheduling conflicts "beyond our control".
Tickets that have already been purchased are valid for the upcoming event.
UK sensation Club Symphony will still headline the event, and people can still look forward to reimagined hits from artists such as Daft Punk, Fatboy Slim, Faithless, The Chemical Brothers, and Swedish House Mafia.
It will be led by Steve Anderson, who has collaborated with Kylie Minogue, Dave Seaman, and Cliff Masterson.
He will be accompanied by vocalists, a live symphony orchestra, and a vivid production.
Attendees can bring a picnic blanket to kick back and relax, or dance under the stars.
"Alive Garden Party was born because music festivals aren't for everyone and concerts sometimes don't quite hit the spot," Jaylee Osborne said on the behalf of the festival organisers in January, when the event was announced.
"So we created a highly bespoke, beautiful and comfortable experience for every concert-goer!"
Food and beverages will also be available to buy at the event.
"We've taken the global concept and turned it on its head," she said.
"This will be a visual and audible show that leaves audiences elated!"
General admission tickets start from $89 per person, and groups of five or more people can go for $79 each.
VIP packages are $129 each and include express lane entry, premium viewing in the VIP area, access to a VIP bar and toilets, and increased food offerings.
Bus passes from Central Station to the Highlands are also on sale for $45 each.
