The club will have visited 10,000 students across the Southern Highlands, Inner West, Liverpool, Macarthur and Camden areas once the tour concludes.
West Tigers players Luciano Leilua and Asu Kepaoa signed posters, played interactive games and answered questions from the kids.
"It's always great to see the kids smiling having fun while we teach them a thing or two," Leilua said.
"We're teaching them about well being, keeping fit and enjoying themselves in life."
Winger Kepaoa said it's really important to teach kids good habits early on.
"I think it's really important to start teaching kids these guidelines young," Kepaoa said.
"Well being is a big thing for everyone. It affects everyone in life and if they can start learning some good habits young, they can go forward and lead happy and healthy lives."
