The newly formed Southern Highlands Storm were obviously disappointed that the season was not able to commence as scheduled with so much work going on behind the scenes to set up the club for its inaugural season.
However, despite the minor setback the Storm are set to return to the paddock after July 1 and all involved could not be more excited.

With over 200 kids registered and two senior sides set to take to the field we are expecting big things for the remainder of 2020.
Obviously with restrictions in place the face of local sport will not be the same as what we are used to and this will place more work on all volunteers.
However, after meeting with our committee members and our coaching teams this week we are very confident we will be able to meet all conditions put on us and still provide all players the fun, safe and enjoyable environment they are accustomed to.
For any kids or adults that are still interested in playing for season 2020 our club would gladly welcome you onboard and with registration cut offs being extended this season, we still can accommodate players in all ages.
