With a vast history in the game of Rugby League, playing in the hooker and lock position, Southern Highlands Storm's head coach, Steven Baines is hating how sport is on lock down due to COVID-19.

"It's terrible," Baines said.
"But we can't do anything about it."
Whilst a coach doesn't necessarily need to be in the sharpest athletic ability, Baines has taken advantage of that, but is changing his ways.
"I just started doing push-ups," Baines said.
"I haven't done any training for over two years."
It's not just the game of Rugby League Baines is missing.
"I'm missing the whole squad," Baines said.
"Both the men and the ladies. We have such a good vibe going at the club, I can't wait to get back."
Back when Baines was on the field he looked up players that played above their weight.
"Geoff Toovey I looked up to," Baines said.
"He wasn't the biggest person, but he was big on stature. Also the best pound-for-pound player, Brendan Tuuta.
"Like Toovey, he always played above his weight. He sorted out Wally Lewis in a test match.
"I tried to mould my game on both of these players. I worked really hard to achieve what I did in my playing career. I was super fit, strong and now I'm just an over-weight coach, but I'm loving it."
