Golf is swinging back into action in the Highlands.
The man at the Highlands Golf Club Pro Shop, Mitchell Harry said the course closures were a little premature.
"It was jumped the gun a little bit," Harry said.
"It was deemed golf wasn't under the exercise umbrella. It's now been back flipped on and we're open again."
"There are still rules and regulations that the course and other courses must adhere to though."
Those rules and regulations are very strict. Players need to follow all rules given.
"There can only be teams of two played," Harris said.
"You can still use a golf cart, but only one person is allowed to be in it at all times.
"We have hand-sanitisers in the pro-shop and that's for people to use when they arrive and after they play.
"There is no taking the flag sticks out. They must be left in at all times.
"We've also put a little bit of foam at the bottom of the cup so the ball sits on top. The ball still goes in the hole, but now will sit on top.
"Bunkers have been covered so there's no handling of any rakes."
If you're up for a game of golf and need to get out the house, now is the time. Surrounding golf courses in the Highlands should also be open, but please ring before hand and make a booking.
"It's business as usual for us at the moment," Harris said.
"If anyone is wanting to get out the house, get some fresh air and have a swing, we're open."
