Need to get out the house, stretch the legs and get some fresh air?
Well, there's the perfect facility in the Highlands that you can ride those cabin fever blues away.
Eridge Parks hosts the velodrome where Southern Highlands cyclists go to sharpen their skills and work on their form.
It is also open to the public and anyone can use it.
Southern Highlands Cycling Club President, Zac Hulm believes it's an excellent facility to use during this time.
"The velodrome is basically used for track training," Hulm said.
"Usually a bike with one gear and no brakes would be used, but not everyone will be using it for that level of seriousness.
"It's great for your legs, sprinting efforts and gives you an opportunity to ride freely, in a confined space away from traffic.
"It's a safe environment and gives you the opportunity to do repetitions, build up leg strength, core strength, shoulders and you can do it all independently."
Hulm also pointed out, as people are confined and self-isolating, it's not just your physical strength you need to keep on top of.
"Cycling will benefit your mental health," Hulm said.
"If anyone out there is getting cabin fever, get out there on your bike. It will make you feel better and get you out of the house.
"The best thing about cycling is it is an independent activity and sport.
"Anyone can use the velodrome, even beginners, so get out there and enjoy it."
After all the COVID-19 fears subside, and life begins to get back to normal, the Southern Highlands Cycling Club is always open for people to join.
"We're always looking for new members," Hulm said.
"We can't race at the moment, that's come from Australian Cycling and NSW Cycling, but we can do training rides.
"We're always looking for people to come join us on training rides."
