One of our own, Glenn Corney and his wife Jane were caught up in this tragedy. Glenn and Jane have a property just north of Narooma in a little place called Cadgee.

The fire tore through the property taking with it three houses, all the fencing and any feed that was left in the paddocks.
Glenn managed to save his 450 head of cattle. Glenn and his family have always been strong and active members of our club providing sponsorship through Corney Constructions, helping out with fundraising and were influential in the first renovation of the clubhouse.
Glenn is always willing to help in any way possible.
Bowral Blacks have decided to help Glenn out and have organised silage bales to help him feed his cattle. We have organised the trucks, now we just need to fill them.
Each silage bale is $100. If you would like to help out please leave your donation in an envelope with your name, phone and email address at Coffee Culture.
If you have any questions or would like to help out contact Mark on 0424 565 325.
