This was a high-flying match and all players able to raise their game particularly in the second half of the match.

Great play by both teams in the first half of the match with the scores very tight and team Williams ahead 12-7.
The second half of the match had team Williams going to a 20-12 lead after 17 ends. That's when team neutze came storming home to only go down by one shot.
This summer with heat wave conditions has been very noticeable in many matches teams have piled on the shots in the last six ends which means stamina has counted in many matches.

Zone 5 match committee Col Crossingham chairman zone 5 match committee has announced the following for the 2020: Championship forfeits.
Players please note the following. A player, team/side forfeiting or withdrawing shall notify the chairman of the zone match committee at least-twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled commencement time of the match to be forfeited unless there is a satisfactory explanation for not doing so.
Notification after this time shall constitute a forfeit. Notification of a forfeit is binding and may not be revoked.
Should play not commence on the date of the forfeited match, the forfeit shall remain in force .
Penalty-not exceeding, $110 per player for any one offence and or have their entry declined for any association event for a period of up to 12 months .
This will be strictly enforced. Players please note if you enter zone events.
Pennant foreits if a club fields more than one pennant grade on the same playing date, any forfeit shall be that of the lowest grade .
Clubs will need to think seriously before forfeiting a pennant match.
As the lowest grade will forfeit, players will need to play in a higher grade that round to fulfill the commitments of the club to opponents in higher grades.
This only applies to clubs with more than one pennant side.
