Or maybe they can throw things really far or jump like a graceful gazelle?
Bowral Little Athletics is gearing up for another bumper spring and summer, with registrations now open for their 2019-2020 season.
The club caters to all Southern Highlands children aged 3-17, no matter what size and shape or level of ability.
Bowral club president Angelo Stravoskoufis says Little Athletics is the perfect sport to help kids get moving and stay healthy.
"We are all about fun, fitness and family," Stravoskoufis said.
"Our athletes do a range of running, jumping and throwing events from week to week in a supportive and relaxed environment and doing Little Athletics is a great way for them to make new friends.
"Everyone is welcome, from kids who have never played sport before all the way through to elite-level junior athletes."
The club is looking to build on its successful 2018-19 season, which saw two of its athletes win individual medals at the State Little Athletics Championships, as well as team medals and a NSW record at State Relays and a spike in enrolments.
Club nights run on Friday afternoons at Eridge Park, Burradoo and start from October 11 and finish in mid-March.
Bowral Little Athletics is an Active Kids Voucher provider.
Registration details are available at bowrallittleathletics.org.au or via the club's Facebook page.
