Barry has also coached three Indian Test players. Legendary Australia batsman Doug Walters scored 5,357 Test runs at an average of 48.26, while also taking 49 test wickets.
He was the first batsman to score a double century and a century in the same Test match.
"Doug and I tailor make these Highlands courses so they're heavily skills-based, but we also make sure they're a lot of fun," Barry Knight said.
"The trick is to develop the techniques of young players, but in a way that's enjoyable for all."
Doug Walters added "Everyone gets a good go batting and bowling in the nets and participating in fielding drills, along with pitch games designed to improve all cricket skills.
"It's a great chance for us to run our eyes over many budding cricketers."
Knight and Walters will be supported by well-known local cricketing and coaching identity Brian Martin, head of coaching at Bowral Blues Cricket Club.
The clinic caters for juniors aged 7-14 and will be held at Bowral Blues Cricket Club home ground (Centennial Park, Bowral) on 8, 9 and 10 October.
The sessions start at 10.00am and finish at 2.00pm each day. The cost per student is $220.
It's a great chance for us to run our eyes over many budding cricketers.
