70 people turned out for the day and raised a lot of money for kids in need. Teams tee'd off at 12 pm and played a four mixed team ambrose game.
The 4K charity started in Bowral in 1989 to help the special needs children of the Southern Highlands and original committee member, Tony Springett couldn't have been happier with the days turnout.

"The day was a very good one," Mr Springett said.
"Everyone was in great moods and very happy. The weather was beautiful and we raised a lot of money for charity."
On the day, there was close to $21,000 raised for 4K. For such a standout amount raised, the performances on the green were less memorable.
"There wasn't any real standout performances (laughs)," Mr Springett said.
"But it was all in fun and for a good cause. 70 people attended, we had an outstanding lunch, then we got into the auction.
"The auction was very entertaining. We had some special stuff raffled off. One of the more different items was the Reveal advanced hair care system package for hair loss. It normally would sell for $320 but went for $275."

The big items sold were tickets to State of Origin in Perth that went for $2300 and $900 for a dinner at Tetsuya's restaurant in Sydney for two.
The next Gents Lunch will be held on October 25 at the Highlands Golf Club and will have special guest, comedian Vince Sorrenti. If you're interested in attending the Gent Lunch in October, or would like to donate to 4K, please contact Tony Springett on 0414 622 222.
