In the grade 7 clash, the two Bowral teams clashed. It was not the classic match as predicted with the 2nd grade having a easy win.

Ted McPhee, Owen Williams, Mick Flynn and Don Chapman defeated Rick Reynolds, Kevin Jones, Bill Meredith and Clive Neutze 23-16.
Team Chapman had a 20-3 lead after nine ends. Then team Neutze came back to narrow the gap.
Richard Denman, Chris Forrester, Bob Edwards and Alistair McGhee defeated Peter Watson, Brian Payne, Mike Holmwood and Gordon Lewis 26-17.
This game which was close all the way with one end to play team McGhee held a 21-17 lead.
On the last end skipper Lewis had the use of the mat.
And made the wrong call by asking the lead for a short end and ended up conceding five shots to lose the game by nine.
Graham Hunt, Bob Crowley, Oscar Wahlin and Robin Staples defeated Kel Limbrick, Glen Giese, Peter Morales and Dan Ticehurst 26-16.
This was a champion match up to the half way mark with the scores level 11-11.
But team Staples was to good in the second half and came away with a ten shot win.
On Saturday, Bowral 2nd grade will travel to Camden while Bowral 3rd grade travel to Bargo.
