Hill Top cricketers put their all into the semi-finals game, which was held at Boronia Park on Saturday, March 10.
Bundanoon was out for 87, while Hill Top had 0-90 after 11.2 overs.
Brett Peckham had 60 runs not out and Olly Disher had 24 runs not out.
Bowler Lucas Carpenter claimed two wickets, while Andrew Rae and Olly Disher took one wicket each.
The best batsman for Bundanoon was captain Andrew Hore who had the top score of 28.
Hill Top Northern Villages leads the Highlands District Cricket Association (HDCA) third grade ladder.
Bundanoon follows closely behind in second place, and Mittagong is in third place.
Bowral Blues Cricket Club rounds out the top four.
The Wingello Tigers, Robertson Burrawang Cricket Club, Bowral and Moss Vale make up the rest of the HDCA third grade ladder.
